M. Com (Gold Medalist), Fellow Member of ICSI, Fellow Member of ICMAI, Registered Valuer (SFA), Insolvency Professional, Independent Director (IICA), Certified Mediator (IICA) and Social Auditor.

Experience

More than 40 years’ experience in the field of Finance, Accounting, Corporate Laws & Secretarial matters, Taxation, Funds Mobilization, Internal Audit, Project Appraisal, Tendering and Power Sector Regulatory Matters.

He has worked as:

1. Director (Finance) of NHPC Ltd, a CPSU under Ministry of Power, Government of India
2. Director (Finance) of Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation, a CPSU under Ministry of Railways, Government of India
3. Director (Finance) of Hindustan Organic Chemicals Ltd, a CPSU under Ministry of Fertilizer & Chemicals, Government of India
4. General Manager (Finance), REC Ltd, a CPSU under Ministry of Power
5. Chief Accounts Officer & Company Secretary, Haryana Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Ltd., a PSU of Government of Haryana
