Mr. Shravan Vishnoi is academically very sound and having strong bent of analytical mind with problem solving attitude. He is Commerce and Law graduate with continuously updating his knowledge & skill that makes him distinguishes from others. He has passed the courses of Registered Valuer and Internal Audit conducted by ICSI. He has also acquired the certificate in course of International Business Taxation and Certified Forensic Auditor ICSI. He is registered with IBBI as Registered Valuers-S/FA and a Registered Insolvency Professional and a Social Auditor. He is also Pursuing Ph.D, DBA.

Shravan Kumar Vishnoi is multidisciplinary and seasoned professional having vast experience of Eighteen years in the field of Insolvency Resolution Process, Liquidation Process, Corporate Management, Valuation, restructuring, Compliance, Governance, Taxation and due diligence. He is expert in Valuation, CIRP and Liquidation Process, Auditing, Pleading, Representation, drafting of appeals & petitions, formation of joint ventures, Secretarial functions, working capital and Term Loan sourcing, Indirect Taxation. He is having great representational skills before the authorities and persons. He assists advocates and professionals in Sarfaesi Act matters and Company Cases before high CLB, DRT, NCLT and High courts apart from advising and consulting to the clients in India and abroad. He is extending professional services to number of NGOs. Social Sector basket extending to Societies, Trusts and Section 8 Companies includes Incorporations, Various Registration and Approvals, Compliance management, Elections, CSR PCN & Project Reports, CSR Support Services, Empanelment, FCRA, Social Impact Assessments Reports, Takeover and Conversions, Change in Management and other solutions for complex issues.

Shravan Vishnoi has served in the past as chairman of the Kanpur Chapter of NIRC of ICSI. He has served the profession of company secretaries in committees set up by the Northern India Regional Council of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He is the member of core group of the GST constituted by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India at Head Quarter. He has been in committees of CISIIP.
