PCS TANU TYAGI is young achiever with knack on latest development in corporate laws. She is an ACS (Associated Company Secretary), LLB and Graduation in B.Com. Her expertise areas are Corporate Compliances, Legal, MSMEs, IPR, DGFT, FEMA, RBI, Merger & Amalgamation, etc.

Recently she has qualified the Social Auditor Exam, which adds her in her Qualification, as a Social Auditor.

Also, she is one of the visiting faculties to conduct the Development Programme of ICSI’s (Institute of Company Secretaries of India) students. Her knowledge and enthusiasm towards her profession boosts up the confidence of the young professionals.
